Please order your repeat prescription AT LEAST two working days before it is required. There is a box for written requests in the surgery lobby. You will need to leave your full name and date of birth on all requests.

Prescriptions requested will normally be ready for collection after 3pm, two working days later.Most regular prescriptions are printed by our computer. Instructions for re-ordering are given on a tear-off slip attached to the prescription. It will save time if all items can be requested together. Please use the request slips where possible as this reduces the possibility of error

Collecting your repeat prescription from a designated chemist

If you would like to collect your prescription from a specific chemist, please let reception know.  Options: Boots, Abbey, Brow 

Repeat Dispensing System

If you are receiving repeat prescriptions and your condition is stable, you might want to request your prescriptions directly from the chemist instead of ordering them from your doctor.  Please discuss this with your doctor at your next routine visit.
